Founded in 1998, Pcs@ is a multidisciplinary engineering firm specializing in the structuring of complex infrastructure, measurement and governance systems. Our work integrates systems engineering, metrology, econometric analysis and institutional advisory to transform operational environments into coherent, measurable and financially sustainable frameworks.
Over more than two decades, we have evolved from industrial automation and scientific measurement into regional maritime advisory, digital architecture and economic modeling. This evolution has not been a shift in identity, but a consolidation of expertise: from precise measurement at the instrument level to structured decision systems at the institutional level.
We operate at the intersection of infrastructure, data and governance. Our experience includes port master planning, bulk logistics expansion, maritime statistical systems, tariff analysis, environmental certification frameworks and enterprise information systems that connect operational data with financial intelligence.
Pcs@ combines scientific rigor with practical implementation experience. We understand that complex systems fail not because of lack of ambition, but because of insufficient structural coherence. Our mission is to design systems that endure — technically sound, institutionally viable and strategically aligned.
